One of the benefits of success is growth; for a
school, though, that can be problematic. Some schools, such as Culford,
prefer to keep themselves as small, intimate places, where children can
flourish from close pastoral attention, small class sizes and warm
relationships with teachers and each other. Equally, though, parents
want siblings to be in the same school if at all possible, so multiple
points of entry are important to them.
